This app is great except for the note part at the bottom. You put a note in and save it but it loses it so there are times Ive had to put the same note in two or three times before it keeps it. I also wish it would keep track of when and where your last injection was.
I was diagnosed with MS on May 26, 1992. I love this app. But Id add some more Emojis or have a place to add your own. I love the fact it gives you choices about your day but again i wish their were more choices or a place you could add your own. In the "Notes" I add all about that day, Dr. appointments, medication changes to my body and my feelings. Over all, its a great app that needs some tweeking. But then again, so do I.

This has been helpful to easily track my health and hopefully share with my doctor. I like the cards too.

My doctor loves it because he can look and see daily how i have been in case i forget anything. Quick & easy

This App has been really good for tracking my MS. I will give it 5 stars when I can export my journal history via e-mail or Dropbox. I really like that it syncs over multiple devices.
I like this app! It reminds me to journal daily and has good prompts for monitoring my MS
Love this app but, needs more emoticons such as happy, good day, bad day.
This is really helpful for tracking my MS symptoms. I agree with other reviews that it would be a 5 star app if there were two improvements made: 1) More emoticons to choose from to represent emotional ups and downs. 2) An ability to export the journal to better facilitate conversation with my Neuro.
12 emoticons and 10 "fact cards" containing gems like "eat well and talk to your doctor"?!? Oh, and an opt-in to receive a magazine. DONT waste your time.
I love having a reminder to write down my feeling and whats going on in my crazy body. Had this terrible condition for over 20 years. Wish Id had this journal from the beginning.
Ive been newly diagnosed so Im trying this app. I must agree w/ other reviewers- NEED more happy emotions! Even busy looks awful & when I have a busy day, its usually more crazy than depressing! Please add more happy faces & choices!
